一、結(jié)構(gòu)
電纜警示帶由底膜、面膜和鋁箔組成,底膜與面膜、底膜與鋁箔結(jié)合牢固,并整體滾花成型。The cable warning tape is composed of a bottom film, a surface film and aluminum foil. The bottom film is firmly combined with the surface film and the aluminum foil, and is integrally embossed.
蹤跡電纜警示帶印有醒目、性的警示語,不掉色、不褪色。The trace cable warning tape is printed with eye-catching and permanent warning words, without fading or discoloration.
二、物理性能
- 蹤跡電纜警示帶每卷內(nèi)無接頭。There is no joint in each roll of trace cable warning tape.
- 蹤跡電纜警示帶兩層塑料薄膜的剝離強度應(yīng)大于 0.10N/mm(拉伸速度 25mm/min)。The peel strength of the two layers of plastic film of the trace cable warning tape should be greater than 0.10N/mm (tensile speed 25mm/min).
- 每卷蹤跡電纜警示帶應(yīng)通電導(dǎo)通,電阻小于 20Ω/100m(用歐姆表檢測)。Each roll of trace cable warning tape should be electrically conductive, and the resistance is less than 20Ω/100m (detected by an ohmmeter).
- 蹤跡電纜警示帶的延伸率≥25%。The elongation rate of the trace cable warning tape is ≥25%.
三、敷設(shè)
- 蹤跡電纜警示帶敷設(shè)在管頂上方 300 - 500mm 處(以保證施工挖出蹤跡帶時,傷害不到管線),但不得敷設(shè)于路基或路面里。The trace cable warning tape is laid at 300 - 500mm above the pipe top (to ensure that the pipeline will not be damaged when the trace tape is excavated during construction), but it must not be laid in the subgrade or pavement.
- 直徑不大于 400mm 的管道,可在上方敷設(shè)一條蹤跡電纜警示帶;大于 400mm 的管道,應(yīng)在管道正上方平行敷設(shè)兩條水平凈距 100 - 200mm 的蹤跡電纜警示帶。For pipelines with a diameter of not more than 400mm, one trace cable warning tape can be laid above; for pipelines larger than 400mm, two trace cable warning tapes with a horizontal clear distance of 100 - 200mm should be laid in parallel directly above the pipeline.
- 敷設(shè)過程中,兩條蹤跡電纜警示帶連接處應(yīng)搭接 1 米左右,搭接處將鋁箔一側(cè)的 PE 膜剝開,露出鋁箔,使兩條蹤跡帶的鋁箔充分接觸,并用塑料膠帶將搭接部分整體包裹嚴(yán)實,保證粘接牢固,通電后能導(dǎo)通。During the laying process, the connection of two trace cable warning tapes should be overlapped by about 1 meter. At the overlap, peel off the PE film on the aluminum foil side to expose the aluminum foil, so that the aluminum foils of the two trace tapes are in full contact. Then, use plastic tape to tightly wrap the overlapped part as a whole to ensure firm bonding and conductivity after being energized.
- 在 PE 管管端,若蹤跡帶沒有引出地面,則應(yīng)將蹤跡帶剝開 50 厘米長,讓鋁箔與大地充分接觸,鋁箔與大地形成回路,減少接觸電阻,可以提高探測質(zhì)量。At the end of the PE pipe, if the trace tape is not led out of the ground, the trace tape should be peeled off for 50 centimeters long to allow the aluminum foil to fully contact the ground. The aluminum foil and the ground form a circuit to reduce contact resistance and improve detection quality.
- 敷設(shè)過程中可設(shè)置信號源井,將蹤跡帶引出,留在井內(nèi) 1 米,便于探測時用。During the laying process, a signal source well can be set up to lead out the trace tape and leave it in the well for 1 meter for use during detection.
- 蹤跡帶整體滾花成型并成卷放置、運輸,蹤跡帶開卷后會不平展。施工時,把蹤跡帶打開 4 - 5 米,兩個人用手抓住兩端用力拉平,松手后蹤跡帶便會平展。然后再進(jìn)行敷設(shè)。The trace tape is integrally embossed and placed and transported in rolls. After the trace tape is unrolled, it will not be flat. During construction, open the trace tape for 4 - 5 meters. Two people hold the two ends with their hands and pull it flat hard. After releasing their hands, the trace tape will be flat. Then lay it.
- 局部超挖部分應(yīng)回填夯實。當(dāng)溝底無地下水時,超挖在 0.15m 以內(nèi),可采用原土回填;超挖在 0.15m 以上,可采用石灰土處理。當(dāng)溝底有地下水或水量較大時,應(yīng)采用級配砂石或天然砂回填標(biāo)高。超挖部分回填后壓實,其密實度應(yīng)接近原地基天然土的密實度。The locally over-excavated part should be backfilled and compacted. When there is no groundwater at the bottom of the ditch, if the over-excavation is within 0.15m, the original soil can be used for backfilling; if the over-excavation is more than 0.15m, lime soil can be used for treatment. When there is groundwater or a large amount of water at the bottom of the ditch, graded sand and gravel or natural sand should be used to backfill to the elevation. After the over-excavated part is backfilled, it should be compacted, and its compactness should be close to that of the natural soil of the original foundation.
- 在濕陷性黃土地區(qū),不宜在雨期施工,或在施工時切實排除溝內(nèi)積水,開挖時應(yīng)在溝底預(yù)留值 0.03 - 0.06m 厚的土層進(jìn)行壓實處理。In collapsible loess areas, it is not suitable to construct during the rainy season. Or during construction, the accumulated water in the ditch should be effectively drained. When excavating, a soil layer with a thickness of 0.03 - 0.06m should be reserved at the bottom of the ditch for compaction treatment.
- 溝底遇有廢棄構(gòu)筑物、硬石、木頭、垃圾等雜物時必須,并應(yīng)鋪一層厚度不小于 0.15m 砂土或素土,整平壓實及設(shè)計標(biāo)高。When there are abandoned structures, hard stones, wood, garbage and other sundries at the bottom of the ditch, they must be removed. A layer of sand or plain soil with a thickness of not less than 0.15m should be laid, leveled, compacted and designed elevation.
- 不得采用凍土、垃圾、木材及軟性物質(zhì)回填。管道兩側(cè)及管頂以上 0.5m 內(nèi)的回填土,不得含有碎石、磚塊等雜物,且不得采用灰土回填。距管頂 0.5m 以上的回填土中的石塊不得多于 10%、直徑不得大于 0.1m,且均勻分布。Frozen soil, garbage, wood and soft substances shall not be used for backfilling. The backfill soil on both sides of the pipeline and within 0.5m above the pipe top shall not contain debris such as gravel and bricks, and lime soil shall not be used for backfilling. The stones in the backfill soil more than 0.5m above the pipe top shall not be more than 10%, and the diameter shall not be greater than 0.1m and be evenly distributed.
- 回填土應(yīng)分層壓實,每層虛鋪厚度宜為 0.2 - 0.3m,管道兩側(cè)及管頂以上 0.5m 內(nèi)的回填土必須采用人工壓實,管頂 0.5m 以上的回填土可采用小型機(jī)械壓實,每層虛鋪厚度宜為 0.25 - 0.4m。The backfill soil should be compacted in layers. The loose paving thickness of each layer should be 0.2 - 0.3m. The backfill soil on both sides of the pipeline and within 0.5m above the pipe top must be compacted manually. The backfill soil more than 0.5m above the pipe top can be compacted by small machinery. The loose paving thickness of each layer should be 0.25 - 0.4m.
- 埋設(shè)燃?xì)夤艿赖难鼐€應(yīng)連續(xù)鋪設(shè)警示帶。警示帶鋪設(shè)前應(yīng)將鋪設(shè)面壓實,并平整的鋪設(shè)在管道的正上方,距管頂?shù)木嚯x宜為 0.3 - 0.5m,但不得鋪設(shè)于路基和路面內(nèi)。Along the line where the gas pipeline is buried, warning tapes should be laid continuously. Before laying the warning tape, the laying surface should be compacted and laid flat directly above the pipeline. The distance from the pipe top should be 0.3 - 0.5m, but it must not be laid in the subgrade or pavement.
